WELCOME: A warm welcome and briefing by your tour guide at the Victoria Bus Terminus meeting point. Transfer by car to the starting point of the hike. Hole in the Wall Adventure: Take a thrilling walk through the 'Hole in the Wall,' a passage that leads you deeper into the valley, surrounded by its awe-inspiring walls. Pick up at Victoria Bus Terminal. A welcome briefing, introducing participants to the itinerary, safety guidelines, and an overview of the natural and cultural highlights we will encounter during the hike. A knowledgeable and experienced guide familiar with the local terrain, flora, fauna, and cultural history. First Stop at the top of the trail at Mgarr ix- Xini. Pass through landscapes, rocky coastal trails, secluded coves & elevated viewpoints with a stop at the Pumping station. A stop at Mgarr Ix-Xini Bay for a drink from the local Kiosk or a swim in the lovely bay Walk up to the top of the bay towards the Mgarr Ix-Xini tower with ariel views of the bay A visit to Ras il-Hobz bay and Salt Pans with an insight of local traditions and salt production methods. • Please note that at the beginning of this hike, we recommend wearing long pants to protect against overgrown bushes. For those who wish to dip in the sea, please bring your swimwear and snorkeling gear (latter optional), as we will take a break at one of the secluded beaches.
