Description
Departing from Bugibba Jetty, the modern catamaran travels along Malta’s northern coast, passing cliffs, coves, and sea caves accessible only by boat. The route includes a cruise past St. Paul’s Island, featuring a statue of the Apostle Paul.
The first stop is the Blue Lagoon on Comino, where the boat moors in an ideal spot for swimming or relaxation. Facilities include sunbeds, shaded areas, restrooms, and onboard refreshments. The lagoon is renowned for its shallow turquoise waters and white sandy seabed.
After about one hour, the boat continues to Gozo, where guests spend 3 to 4 hours. If land transport is selected when booking, shuttle buses take visitors to Victoria (the Old Town) or Ramla Bay beach (available June to September, weather permitting).
In Victoria, you can visit the Citadel, stroll narrow streets, browse local shops, and enjoy views from the city walls. At Ramla Bay, you can relax and swim at a popular red-sand beach. After free time, return to the boat for the cruise back to Bugibba.
On the return journey, the boat slowly cruises through Crystal Lagoon for photos but does not stop for swimming. Additional scenic highlights include the Santa Maria pirate caves and the Elephant’s Head rock formation.
Onboard facilities include sun beds and seating in sun and shade, waterslides, toilets, fresh-water showers, swim ladders, a snack bar, and multi-language audio guides.
