Description

Visit the Mosta Rotunda, renowned as the third largest unsupported dome in the world. Marvel at its impressive dimensions: an outside diameter of 56.2 meters, an inside diameter of 39.6 meters, and an internal height of 54.7 meters. Admire the church's interior, decorated with paintings by Giuseppe Calì and other talented artists. Explore the sacristies to view various objects of prestige, including paintings and a large-scale model of the church. Don't miss the replica of the bomb that, in 1942, pierced the dome and landed on the church floor without exploding, leaving the church and its visitors unharmed.
