Description
Discover the underwater world on a scuba diving adventure. Learn the basics of scuba diving with a certified instructor and explore the marine life below the surface.
Start with a brief orientation and safety briefing from a certified scuba instructor. Learn the basics of scuba diving equipment, hand signals, and important safety protocols.
Gear up in your wetsuit, fins, mask, and tank and head to the pool or a calm, shallow area of the ocean. Your instructor will guide you through some basic scuba skills in shallow water to help you get comfortable breathing underwater and moving with your gear.
Once you feel confident, descend below the surface to explore the amazing marine life below. Be amazed at the Mediterranean sea life and scenic reefs. Your instructor will be by your side the entire time to ensure your safety and help you navigate the underwater world.
After your dive, have the opportunity to ask questions, debrief with your instructor, and discuss any future scuba diving opportunities if you decide to pursue further training. scuba lesson is beginner-friendly

Important Information
- Recreational scuba diving requires good physical and mental health. Those who have or are predisposed to any of these conditions should be evaluated by a
physician. This Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire provides a basis to determine if you should seek out that evaluation. If you are feeling
ill, avoid diving
- I have had problems with my lungs, breathing, heart and/or blood affecting my normal physical or mental performance.
-I have had problems with my eyes, ears, or nasal passages/sinuses.
- I have had surgery within the last 12 months, OR I have ongoing problems related to past surgery
-I have lost consciousness, had migraine headaches, seizures, stroke, significant head injury, or suffer from persistent neurologic
injury or disease
-I am currently undergoing treatment for psychological problems, personality
disorder panic attacks or an addiction to drugs or alcohol
-Must not fly within 12 hours of diving
-Anybody under 18 will need a parent permission to enrol to the course
