Quadro Restaurant

The Quadro Restaurant at the Westin Dragonara Resort in St. Julian's, Malta, is a top quality Mediterranean fish and seafood restaurant. The Quadro is fittingly overlooking the Mediterranean with lovely views from both its chic indoor décor and its elegant outdoor terraces.

The Quadro is an award winning fine dining restaurant with daily fresh fish and shellfish exquisitely presented in a silver service setting. The candlelit rooms give that extra intimate ambience worthy of the most special of occasions and dining under the stars could not get more romantic.

The menu at the Quadro is very clearly fish oriented with a daily catch always available and other delicious plates on offer, such as the house speciality Fish & Shellfish Bouillabaisse or the house fish platter or, if feeling a little more extravagant, the Atlantic lobster. There is at least one non-fish option in each course for those who are not too keen on seafood. The mains may be preceded by a choice of intros, soups or pasta, such as the pan seared scallops, Lobster and Prawn Bisque or the linguini with fresh clams, garlic, chilli, white wine and olive oil. Finally, you can end your meal at the Quadro restaurant with a lovely choice of desserts from a light baked lemon cheesecake to a wonderful platter of chocolate shopping, chocolate marquise, baci di dama, hot chocolate with jack daniel's, white chocolate & blueberry ice-cream.

A fine wine list to accompany the occasion is available and the service is flawless at all times.

Two private rooms are also available at the Quadro Restaurant and are ideal for special occasions or private functions...always with unfaltering elegance, quality and those sea views.
