Spiaggia D’Oro is set right at the edge of Golden Bay, probably the most beautiful of Malta’s sandy beaches. The restaurant - gelateria - snack bar serves different purposes according to the season.
At beach level there is very casual dining area (most people in their bathing costumes) complemented with the views, life and ongoing activities at the beach. The upstairs area at Munchies Golden Bay has a terrace with even better sea views and is a popular meeting place for a meal, coffee or ice-cream with friends even if not actually planning to have a swim or get a tan on the beach.
In the winter months the downstairs beach-level area becomes a chic and laid-back lounge bar with great music, great location and a varied list of drinks and platters to enjoy.
