Description
Begin your day with hotel pickup in Malta (Gozo guests must arrange their own ferry transfer). The tour starts with a walk through Buskett Woodlands, guided by a certified botanist. Discover native and fruit tree groves and spot the Sandarac Gum tree along with centuries-old trees.
Visit the Għar il-Kbir cave complex to learn about its history and the Curt Ruts, ancient rock-cut pathways whose origins date back to around 2000 B.C. Continue to Dingli Cliffs, Malta's highest point, where you can observe terraced fields, the open sea, and the island of Filfla. The walk includes sightings of local plants such as wild orchids and Malta’s national plant species.
The tour ends at a small chapel dedicated to Saint Mary Magdalene on the cliffs before returning to your hotel. You may pause for coffee or snacks in Dingli village (not included).
