Description
The experience begins at Victoria Bus Terminus with a transfer to the fishing village of Dahlet Qorrot, where traditional coastal life is visible through colourful boat houses and clear waters away from crowds.
From there, the hike follows Gozo’s rugged north east coastline featuring unique rock formations and wild landscapes. Along the trail, discover hidden coves, natural rock pools, and sea views. Weather permitting, you can swim in the clear waters or relax in the natural rock baths.
The route includes a visit to the historic St. Anthony’s Battery, a coastal defence structure from the time of the Order of St. John, offering panoramic views of Comino and Malta and insights into Gozo’s history.
Continue through Ġebla tal-Ħalfa, an area with ancient salt pans blending into the landscape, providing cultural insight and exclusive swimming and snorkeling spots.
You may also choose to visit Santa Katerina Chapel, located on higher ground with panoramic views of the coastline and countryside.
The hike concludes at Ħondoq Bay, a scenic inlet with turquoise waters and views towards Comino’s Blue Lagoon, where you can rest before returning to Victoria Bus Terminus.
