Join fellow epicureans at Maldonado Bistro’s artisan kitchen to explore Maltese cuisine through food stories and expert tasting notes. Sample hand-picked products from skilled local makers while connecting with the island’s culinary heritage.
Relax in the restaurant’s historical vault as the head chef prepares a 4-course tasting menu, including two starters, a main course, and dessert. Each dish is perfectly paired with a selection of seven certified local wines (I.G.T., D.O.K. Gozo, D.O.K. Malta) from various wineries. Unlimited water and coffee are provided at the end of the experience.
The tasting menu is customized to accommodate food allergies and preferences; please provide details when booking.
Smoking is permitted only in the greened, covered courtyard adjacent to the restaurant.
