Description
After booking confirmation, please email us with your preferences for scuba gear rental, including your height, weight, foot size, and T-shirt size. This helps us prepare your equipment in advance and avoid delays on the day.
Upon arrival, our staff will assist you with paperwork. Complete the mandatory medical form provided before the dive, and review health restrictions carefully to ensure you meet the requirements. We group divers by certification level and introduce you to your instructors.
Each dive starts with a safety briefing covering entry and exit procedures, maximum depth, approximate dive duration, hand signals, emergency protocols, and points of interest or hazards.
The first dive lasts about 45 minutes, followed by a debriefing. During the surface interval, you can use facilities such as toilets and bars at most dive sites. The second dive is another 45 minutes, ending with a final debriefing.
After diving, transport will return you to the dive center where you can log your experience.

Important Information
- Basic English skills required
- Diving is not allowed without written medical approval if you have any of the following: lung, breathing, heart, or blood issues; age 45+ with high cholesterol, blood pressure, or smoker status; problems with eyes, ears, nasal passages, or sinuses; recent surgery (within 12 months) or ongoing issues; neurological conditions; recent loss of consciousness; migraine, seizures, strokes, head injury; psychological, personality, addiction issues; panic attacks within the last 5 years; back problems, hernia, ulcers, diabetes; stomach or intestinal problems; or use of prescription medications (except birth control or anti-malarials other than mefloquine)
- No refunds if health restrictions are ignored and noticed within 24 hours before the activity
- Mandatory wait of at least 24 hours before flying after diving
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the activity for a full refund.
For a smooth experience, book in advance, provide all size and health details early, and prepare for morning start times. Bring your certification card, medical form, and suitable swimwear.
