Taking an introductory dive in Malta is one of the must-do activities on the island.
Forget 15-minute introductory sessions.
We offer an enhanced introductory dive for a real underwater experience, a true 40/45-minute dive like a real diver.
Designed especially for beginners!
We organize sessions every day.
Go to the diving club to meet your instructor, complete the formalities, and try on your diving gear.
Departure to the diving site for a briefing with a complete presentation of your gear, safety rules, and diving techniques.
Our experienced instructors will teach you basic exercises such as breathing underwater, cleaning the regulator, and clearing the mask so you can enjoy and explore the underwater world with complete peace of mind for more than 40/45 minutes.

What you need to know before booking:
- Fitness: You must be able to swim and be in good physical condition.
- Flight interval: Do not fly on the day of your diving activity.
- Vision: Glasses cannot be worn under the mask. We recommend the use of contact lenses.

Diving is subject to strict health conditions.
A medical certificate of no contraindication from a doctor is mandatory if any of the following apply to you:
- Heart problems, lung problems (chronic asthma), or hypertension.
- Major ear problems or chronic sinus problems.
- Recent surgery (less than 12 months).
- Diabetes, epilepsy, or a history of panic attacks.
- Medication treatments.
