Description

Enjoy a unique and liberating experience with SSI BASIC FREEDIVING, a comprehensive freediving course accessible to everyone aged 10 and over. Whether you are a complete beginner or want to go further than a simple introductory session, this course will allow you to discover freediving in complete safety with a certification recognized worldwide. During this 4-hour experience, you will learn to breathe differently, relax, and move underwater without a tank, listening to your body and managing your sensations. The training is supervised by a French-speaking SSI instructor who will introduce you to the discipline in a friendly atmosphere and in small groups. The training begins with a detailed theory session, where you will learn the fundamentals of freediving: - conscious breathing, - relaxation techniques, - the physiology of the body in freediving, - essential safety rules. This part prepares you mentally and gives you the knowledge you need to move around underwater with confidence. After this introduction, you will move on to practical training in a protected swimming area or in shallow water. You will perform breathing and relaxation exercises and guided dives adapted to your level. This course will allow you to acquire practical skills and enjoy a different aquatic experience, where cooperation, self-control, and connection with the water are at the heart of the activity. You will discover an incomparable feeling of freedom in a relaxed and safe environment. At the end of the session, you will receive an SSI BASIC FREEDIVING certification card allowing you to practice freediving with a more qualified or professional SSI instructor in environments and at depths equivalent to your training.
