Get ready for a revitalizing journey designed for all levels! ‍✨ Here’s what’s in store: Breathwork Bliss: Start with energizing breathing exercises to clear your mind and awaken your senses. Flow Like Sunshine: Dive into dynamic sun salutations and invigorating yoga poses to boost your balance, flexibility, and strength. Relax & Recharge: End with a soothing relaxation session, meditation, and uplifting positive thoughts to leave you feeling unstoppable. This is more than a class—it’s your ultimate mind-body refresh. Don’t miss out! Don't worry if you are new to yoga as the teaching will be on multi-levels and personal approach. What to Bring: Our yoga spot is in a remote location with no car access beyond the security gate. After the gate, you'll need to walk for about 10 minutes. Due to this, it's difficult for us to provide yoga mats for our students. Therefore, you are responsible for bringing your own yoga mat or a thick towel. A towel is acceptable for practice, and you will still enjoy the view and the class. Get ready to jump into the beautiful Maltese sea for a swim after yoga session! See you on the mat soon!

• What to bring For hygiene, energy, and ecological reasons, we kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, you may bring a thick towel to use during the class Yoga pants or Tights, capris, shorts - Sweat-wicking t-shirt, tank top Please note that this is a remote island, and there are no bathroom facilities available. Please come to the class wearing your yoga wear, as we do not have a changing room available at our location.
