The Boat House Restaurant

The Boat House, as the name suggests, is on the Xlendi sea-front, with dining tables right by the water's edge. The area is surrounded by other restaurants and boat houses, with a slip way leading into the light green and blue, crystal clear waters lying within the sheltered cove. Coupled with the gorgeous scenery of Xlendi Bay, its cliffs and caves... this is as pretty as it gets.

Apart from being able to enjoy this idyllic scenery in the warm summer months, the Boat House restaurant also offers good shelter for its outdoor dining area throughout Gozo's mild winter. So while you can enjoy lunch and dinner at the Boat House restaurant 'al fresco' from May to October, the place is also open during the winter months of November to April (even when cold and a little windy, you can enjoy the feeling of being outdoors while being protected from the elements with great views of the bay!).

House specialities include Fresh Fish & Seafood, Live Lobsters & Shellfish, Fresh Pasta, Suckling Pig, Fresh Argentenian & Irish Beef and over 200 local & foreign wines. If you are planning to make an occasion at the Boat House restaurant in Xlendi, we do recommend you book a table, since it can get very busy... as you would expect a great restaurant to be! Food is served with the kind of genuine hospitality that you would expect from a family-run restaurant in Gozo.
