As part of its aim to promote genuine local and Mediterranean cuisine, T'Anna Mari Restaurant is holding its first in a series of Slow Food dine & wine events on Friday, 28th October 2016.
A carefully prepared Set Menu will be served with fresh regional produce and delicacies. An explanation of the Slow Food concept, as well as the dishes being served at the event, will be held.
Cantine Paolini from Sicily will be serving accompanying wines for each course and will also be giving an explanation of the choice of wines for this event.
Chef patron Salvatore Piccione invites you to this unique event to introduce you to the Slow Food concept whilst enjoying fresh and delicious Mediterranean fine cuisine.
