MedAsia Fusion Lounge is a contemporary and stylish establishment located at The Strand in Sliema that is a great place to meet up, socialise and have fun with food and drink by day or night. Set on two levels with a dedicated restaurant and separate bar and lounge areas, private rooms and an outdoor terrace, it truly is a venue that is well suited for any mood and occasion.

As its name implies, MedAsia is a fusion of Mediterranean and Asian style and dining. The décor has a modern and chic feel to it with many hints of Eastern furnishing, be it an imposing Asian wallpaper or an Oriental statuette. The food at MedAsia reflects this theme with a vast menu taking influences from Japanese, Thai and Chinese cuisine and rounded with a variety of Mediterranean dishes.

The menu is purposely created to match any purpose you visit MedAsia. The lounge area is ideal to enjoy a drink with friends accompanied with quick bites such as expertly prepared sushi, maki and sashimi or a Mediterranean platter to share. Cocktails are a speciality of the house and a good wine list is also available. Enjoying the lounge and outdoor terrace atmosphere is a popular option throughout the week and it gets very busy on weekends with regulars partying till the early hours of the evening.

Alternatively, a complete meal, whether for lunch or dinner, can be enjoyed at the stylish restaurant. There is lots to choose from that is sure to be a hit with anyone's tastes. Asian soups, rice and noodle options are listed adjacent to Mediterranean pasta options. Mains range from succulent classic grills to tasty salads to chicken, beef, duck and seafood served in Oriental style clay pots with steamed rice. MedAsia Fusion Lounge is open daily from 11.00am till late with last food orders at 12.00am. Events, business lunches and special occasions are catered for. Take-out and food delivery is also available.
