Description
What you'll do Would you like to join sunset yoga class one of the Game of Thrones location? My sunset yoga class is an 90 min of breathing exercises, sun salutations, asanas, and relaxation, suitable for all levels of practitioners. We start with breathing exercises to warm up the body, then move into yoga poses to improve balance, flexibility, and strength, and finish with relaxation to meditate and close the session with positive thoughts. On Mondays, we practice Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, and on Fridays, we have Yin Yang Yoga, which is more relaxing. Please note that on full moon days, we practice Yin Yoga. Don't worry if you are new to yoga as the teaching will be on multi-levels and personal approach. Well job is done and it is time for cooling down stage called savasana. What to Bring: Our yoga spot is in a remote location with no car access beyond the security gate. After the gate, you'll need to walk for about 10 minutes. Due to this, it's difficult for us to provide yoga mats for our students. Therefore, you are responsible for bringing your own yoga mat or a thick towel. A towel is acceptable for practice, and you will still enjoy the view and the class. Get ready to jump into the beautiful Maltese sea for a swim after yoga session!
