Description

The Scuba Diver Course is an exciting program designed to introduce you to the world of scuba diving. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some prior experience, this course is tailored to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to dive safely and confidently. During the course, you will learn about the fundamental principles of scuba diving, including, equipment setup, underwater communication, and dive safety protocols. You will also receive detailed instruction on breathing techniques and buoyancy control. The course typically consists of a combination of theory sessions, pool/confined water training, and open water dives. All Knowledge Development is done online (independent study) which will save you loads of time. In the confined water sessions (controlled environment), you'll practice basic scuba skills, become comfortable with your equipment, and build confidence underwater. Finally, in the open water dives, you'll apply what you've learned in real diving situations, exploring underwater environments while under the supervision of a certified instructor. Upon successful completion of the Scuba Diver Course, you will receive a certification recognized internationally, allowing you to dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 feet) under the supervision of a dive professional. This certification serves as a stepping stone towards further diving adventures and certifications, such as the Open Water Diver course. Whether you're seeking thrilling underwater exploration, a new hobby, or a gateway to a career in diving, the Scuba Diver Course is an excellent starting point. Health restrictions: (Please note that if one of these conditions occur you can't dive without medical approval) Not recommended for travellers: -That are Pregnant; -That are older than 45 years old and with high cholesterol level/high blood pressure/smokers; -With heart problems or other serious medical conditions; -With lungs, heart and/or blood issues affecting the normal physical or mental performance; -Eyes, ears and/or nasal passages/sinuses problems; -Had a surgery within the last 12 months, or that have ongoing problems related to past surgery; -That have lost consciousness, had migraine headaches, seizures, strokes, significant head injury, or suffer from persistent neurologic injury or disease; -That are undergoing treatment (or have required treatment within the last five years) for psychological problems, personality disorder, panic attacks, or an addiction to drugs or alcohol; or, have been diagnosed with a learning or developmental disability; -That have back problems, hernia, ulcers, or diabetes; -That have stomach or intestine problems, including recent diarrhea; That are taking prescription medications (with the exception of birth control or anti-malarial drugs other than mefloquine (Lariam).

Important Information

Requirements & Conditions: You need to be able to swim to join this activity. You only need to bring with you a towel, a swimsuit and a huge desire to have fun!!!! Dive sites are chosen every day based on weather conditions. At every point of your experience, you will be guided by a team of locally experienced instructors. Min age 10 years. After the dive, you must wait 12 hours before taking a flight. No refund is available if some of the health restrictions are ignored and discovered by staff at the premises on the day of the activity (please check health restriction in the description of the activity)
