Trabuxu Bistro & Winebar

The Trabuxu Bistro and Trabuxu Winebar are two equally unique outlets in Valletta offering food, drink and a generally inspiring space to meet and socialise. Owned and run by the lively and amiable couple, Kris and Krista, Trabuxu is a highly recommended option when visiting Valletta by day or night. 

The Trabuxu winebar is a landmark and a pioneer in the ever growing wine bar concept in Valletta and one of the first outlets to serve out of Strada Stretta which today comprises a wide variety of food and drink options.

The Trabuxu Bistro was a later addition and comprises a tasteful and artistic retro conversion from an old music shop into a stylish and artsy restaurant. The welcoming nature of Trabuxu Bistro, with its own deli counter, is a perfect setting to enjoy the seasonal menu of homemade and delicious food options. 

Kris has also been the driving force behind the highly popular annual 'Strada Art and Wine Festival', a three day and night event.
